XD711 Microplate Reader can be used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), luminosity test and nephelometric analysis, immunochemical, immunonephelometric tests etc. Using 96-well microplate or with the help of 96-well supporting plate(8-well or 12-well strip).

When the wavelength is 340nm, the value of the absorbance of the instrument can still achieve 4.0A. It still can accurately carry on the quality and quantity test of the high-titration and high absorbance samples.
The microcomputer of the instrument introduces the newest DOC technology, which realizes the high-reliability of the product. Our clients can develop the new application area according to their needs of the 8-channel microplate photometer.
The instrument has a small keyboard and a mouse for operating purpose. It's very easy and convenient. English dialogue windows will display the operating steps and states, which is clear and easy to learn and use.
Data archiving: --It? able to store as many as 25,000 testing results. --Data recovery after power-off function. --It's able to store 60 testing items and 20 formats of the microplate. --It's completely open to the user (including the deposited items). Users can set the testing items and modify the parameters freely, which can be stored permanently. --Instrument has a capability of storing the information of 250 pieces of 96-well microplate.
Integrated testing methods: --Qualitative determination method, semi-quantitative determination method, quantitative determination method.
Multiple operation methods: --Qualitative determination: According to the limit-value formula, It will calculate the negative, positive and neutral results, and it? able to test the effectiveness. --Semi-qualitative determination: using positive and rank-difference formula to calculate 10 ranks of the negative and positive ranks (1-9, >9). And it? able to test the effectiveness. --Quantitative determination: Calculate the results according to the standard. The maximum number of standards is 8. The types of the standard curves are: linear curve, folded line curve, quadratic curve, cubic curve, divided logarithm equation, cubic spline functions, and 4-parameter function.
